Tiffany was incredibly helpful throughout the admissions process. She made everything smooth, easy, and stress-free from start to finish. She stayed on top of communication, consistently followed up, and kept me informed every step of the way. Whenever I had questions, she took the initiative to reach out to other departments to get the answers I needed. She was thorough, efficient, and truly went above and beyond. I would absolutely recommend speaking with Tiffany if you want your admissions process to be clear, concise, and well organized.

had an amazing experience working with Caitlin Barker as my admissions representative at South College. From the very beginning, she was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire admissions process. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and exciting. Her communication was always prompt, and she truly made me feel supported every step of the way. Iโm so thankful for all of her help and would highly recommend Caitlin to anyone looking to starting their journey at South College!

If youโre thinking about studying nursing here, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This has been the worst educational experience Iโve ever had. The instructors do very little teaching. Youโre expected to go home and teach yourself everything, yet they expect you to earn very high grades without providing the support needed to succeed. I also experienced unfair treatment. It felt like some students were allowed to stay in the program despite poor behavior, while others were dismissed even after providing medical documentation and proof that their circumstances were beyond their control. In my experience, this program does not support its students when they need it most. If youโre looking for a nursing program with fair treatment, quality instruction, and genuine student support, I recommend choosing a different school.

Think carefully before enrolling in this school. One of my biggest frustrations was communication. Before I was accepted, it seemed much easier to get someone on the phone. After I became a student, many of my calls went to voicemail and were not returned promptly. Oddly enough, when I called from a family memberโs number, I was more likely to get an answer. Whether that was a coincidence or not, it left me feeling like my concerns were no longer a priority once I was enrolled. This school is VERY fast-paced, and I donโt think that is emphasized enough before classes start. Courses are only 10 weeks long instead of 16 weeks, so instructors move through material very quickly. Some instructors are great and genuinely care about student success. Others were not helpful in my experience. While the school talks about supporting students, about half of my cohort was dismissed during the first quarter after failing two classes. The program requires an 80% exam average, and many students struggle to keep up with the pace. This was my experience, and I encourage anyone considering this program to do thorough research before enrolling.

I would never recommend the surgical tech program at South College to anyone considering a career in healthcare. This program has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional from my experience. The biggest issue is the complete lack of teaching and structure. Students are expected to basically teach themselves because there is little to no real lecturing or hands-on instruction. Instead of feeling supported and educated, you feel confused, lost, and unprepared. A surgical tech program should provide clear guidance, organization, and strong clinical education โ and this program failed badly in those areas. The instructor is incredibly scattered and inconsistent. Communication is poor, expectations are unclear, and important information is often disorganized or last minute. It creates unnecessary stress for students who are already trying to manage an intense healthcare program. The testing process is also concerning. Exams feel poorly designed and do not reflect quality education or proper preparation. Rather than helping students build confidence and competence, the program feels chaotic and unstructured. Students pay a lot of money expecting a professional education and prop
